Ear Saver for Surgical Mask

This latest iteration of the surgical mask relief band, or 'Ear Saver', lends itself perfectly to high-volume 3D printing. It can accommodate an impressive 54+ bands on a single plate using an Ender 3 printer. The printing time comes out to 15 hours due to their substantial thickness and width (1.5mm x 10mm = 15mm^2) with six hooks. The settings include a 0.3mm layer height, no infill, and two-line walls. The hooks provide secure retention for the mask elastic, allowing it to 'click' into place in both directions while putting on or taking off without having to see behind the head. An update was made on April 22nd, 2020, adding two new versions. Both are thinner, offering more flexibility and faster printing times.
