Ear Saver

For those who have to don elastic masks for an extended period of time each day, a solution has emerged. I'm printing these masks from PETG using a single perimeter print setting, without any top or bottom layers and no infill. A .8mm nozzle is used in this process. Twenty-four masks are stacked on the build plate at one time, allowing for a print run that takes six hours to complete when operating at 50mm/sec with .35mm layer thickness.
