Ear Saver - 11 minute print time
thingiverse
With the parameters below, it produces a fully functional ear saver in just 11 minutes! Print with four ceilings, three floors, zero percent infill, and one perimeter only. The clips are carefully designed to be curved, ribbed, and short, allowing them to support the single perimeter perfectly. This makes them incredibly strong despite their compact size. The headband part is a sturdy 1.1 millimeters thick, giving it plenty of flexibility. If you encounter issues with the two perimeters on the headband part delaminating, simply increase your extrusion multiplier until the problem disappears. Printing 20 parts at a time takes just 11 minutes each, adding up to a total print time of three hours and 40 minutes. With five prints completed every day, the result is an impressive 100 ear savers with five interactions daily.
