Designed primarily for healthcare professionals, it offers relief from ear irritation caused by prolonged wear due to COVID-19 restrictions. The redesign is a direct response to user feedback, where medical personnel expressed frustration with the original clip's tendency to slide down the back of the head. This updated version effectively addresses this issue and provides enhanced comfort. We're grateful for the support provided by our Nokia Ireland colleagues in bringing this solution to life.
