I'm using this gripper for my Earjobs Music Mate earplugs, which were getting stuck in their case and hard to pull out. This gripper attaches to the inside of the lid with adhesive or double-sided tape and keeps the earplugs secure, making them simple to insert and remove. The two parts simply snap together.
