I'm providing this design as a straightforward and uncomplicated replacement for a stud earring backing. After searching through Thingiverse and several other digital libraries, I was unable to locate a suitable match. Hence, I've created one myself, which you can enjoy below. This particular ear back is specifically designed for use with 0.7mm ear posts.
