I was printed the half-mask but did not like the way it would've been worn. I added this part to allow a face mask string or similar material to go around the ear. NOTE: My fusion 360 did not like me using the original mask as a template to get the base to line up with the cheek. You may have to SCALE THE MODEL DOWN TO 10.6% to match with the original mask size.
