Eames Lounge Chair

I was in a rush for a project and needed a 1:24 Eames chair right away. I quickly whipped up some rough modeling based on existing CAD files of the chair, and formatted it for support-less printing without wasting any time. Although the overhangs are slightly off, at 5-10 degrees over the ideal 45 in some areas, they printed just fine for me on a Rep2 printer. Print both pieces without rafts or support material - you'll likely need to cut away several manual support contacts with an exacto knife later on. Then, simply glue the base and chair together, and double-check your work against a reference photo online - the base sits farther back than it initially seems.
