This is a stunning 123D Catch 3D scan of an incredible eagle sculpture that I came across here: http://www.123dapp.com/catch/Eagle-statue/3044580. To get it ready for 3D printing, I used MeshMixer (http://www.meshmixer.com) to make a few tweaks - I sliced off the bottom flat plane, gave it a size boost and applied some smooth brushstrokes to really bring out its detail.
