Eagle Mask
thingiverse
The Eagle Mask, initially created for ThreeForm performers at Maker Faire, can now be printed at home for Halloween or other events. A redesigned version is available for extrusion printers lacking soluble support material, with a backup option featuring a separate support piece. The mask has wall thicknesses of 2mm and 4mm in thin and thick areas, respectively, occupying two cubic inches of volume. A ThreeForm logo sits on the cheek area (not shown in renderings). To use it, scale, print, and fasten with an elastic string; designed from a young woman's scan data with a 5.35" temple width, adjust for personal size plus 1%. Alternatively, grab a flexible SLS nylon version on Shapeways, or check out the Venetian Mask and DareDevil Mask options also available.
