Eagle liftgate handles

I'm in search of replacement handles for my trusty Eagle brand liftgate. To make them fit, I had to submerge the round one in hot water for about a minute so that it could be easily pressed on since I used four shell covers - two on top and bottom and two around the perimeter. Using fewer shells would have made them more flexible.
