I designed this housing to hold a 23mm Eagle Eye LED spotlight to be used in my Halloween haunt. The mount slides over the top of a 1/2 in dowel rod that can be pushed into the ground or mounted elsewhere using clamps or other means. the components are held together using a 1/2 inch M3 machine screw and nut.
