Eagle 1999

Update: I fixed the clips that hold the upper scaffolding to the three body units. They look small, but I have tested them and they do hold up to clipping and unclipping the scaffolding - enough to adjust them for gluing. While the excellent revision of the Eagle Transporter by Mirco211 was very nice, it wasn't perfect for my Makerbot Replicator 5th edition. I didn't need his supports and nobody likes fiddling with a model. On my revision, I decided to remodel the vernier thrusters on each pod-leg. I wanted them printed without supports and cones free. Since I wanted the model to print smaller, I simplified the geometry so that the entire object would be strong enough to be freed from the printed bed and painted without falling apart. I recommend printing this at 200% or more on a typical fused filament fabrication 3D printer. I made my model small just because it was easier to work with in miniature form.
