Eachine X73S Prop Riser

Very simple design to keep the prop at a safe distance from the Eachine X73S's LED on the arm. If the props are pushed all the way down, they will hit against the LED. This fix ensures there is about 2mm clearance on top of the motor shaft so the prop can never go that low. I printed using a flexible filament, which I highly recommend. This part will grip the shaft securely and shouldn't drag on the frame if positioned slightly above. If you are not using a flexible filament, I am unsure how well this would work because it might not grip the shaft as well and rub.
