Eachine Racer 250 FPV Top Camera Mount
thingiverse
My drone flying skills have taken a significant leap forward, with my average speed now noticeably faster. Unfortunately, the default FPV camera isn't angled enough, resulting in me frequently staring at the ground instead of enjoying the bird's-eye view I'm used to. To make matters worse, I hadn't yet prepared to install the fully flexible servo controlled FPV camera assembly. As a temporary solution, I designed and built a new FPV camera mount to replace the standard one that came with my drone kit. Although this is revision 3 of my design, I believe there's still room for improvement - increasing the thickness would allow for a greater camera angle, but as others have pointed out, a 2-pin connector will eventually get in the way, requiring modifications to both the top and bottom plates. Despite these potential issues, I'm confident that this new mount is good enough for me to fly with it at least for the rest of the week.
