UPDATE 2016-05-11: Camera mount adjustment added to accommodate new cameralens adjustmentscrew. I decided to replace my FPV camera on ER250 after the original one died. Unfortunately, the new one has many small surface-mount devices (SMDs) on its PCB, making it impossible to use the original carbon fiber mount. This led me to design a new mount suitable for the new camera. This is version 2 of the mount, which is even more robust than the first version. Here's where you can buy the replacement FPV camera: http://www.banggood.com/700TVL-FPV-HD-Ultralight-SONY-Camera-With-2_1mm-Lens-NTSCPLA-For-FPV-RC-Multicopter-p-1000385.html Description: The camera mount has a 20-degree tilt angle. To make room for the new camera at this angle, you'll need to modify ER250's face to create some clearance (the original tilt angle is up to 15 degrees). You will also need to remove the power connector due to clearance issues. Note that this camera requires about 32mm of hole distance. Print Settings: * Printer Brand: RepRap * Printer Model: Prusa i3 Acrylic * Rafts: No * Supports: Yes * Resolution: 0.2mm * Infill: 100% Printing Tips: * Print with 100% infill to make the mount sturdy. * Print flat to bed. Post-Printing Instructions: * Use self-tapping screws with a diameter of ø2.0mm, maximum length of 5.0mm. * The camera mounting holes are 1.8mm in diameter, so no drill is needed for self-tapping screws with ø2.0mm.
