I crafted this frame specifically to accommodate every component of the QX70. It can even support larger props, which is exactly what I've done with my current setup - a Hubsan 2-blade propeller is securely attached. To keep the battery in place, I'm relying on rubber bands for now, but I'm already conceptualizing a more permanent solution: a dedicated battery tray.
