I designed this version based on 3DMaka's propeller guard, expanding its coverage area so props can't hit anything from all four sides. I aimed to keep weight minimal while maintaining sufficient strength. UPDATE: After testing this design during flight, I discovered it is too delicate. When the guards collide with an object, they bend and are easily shredded by the props. In response, I created a second, more robust design that also increases prop distance. However, these modifications noticeably affect the drone's flight characteristics, making control more challenging. This project remains a work in progress.
