I used two layers with a 20% infill, but I'm curious about why you didn't opt for something different - three layers would certainly add more strength to the blade. You'll want to pay close attention to the tolerances on the blade's edge; it may be necessary to heat up an old blade and carefully shape it by hand to achieve a precise fit. Be mindful of your fingers as you work, as this can be a delicate process. The original support has been removed, and the clip has undergone modifications - this should make the knife compliant with UK carry laws, since the locking mechanism has been taken out. However, the two locking sections may need some additional work to enable one-handed opening. This knife is best suited for individuals who are willing to invest time in bladesmithing and aren't afraid of putting in a bit of extra effort to complete the final product. I've added significant weight to the forefinger rest and backbone, which becomes more pronounced when printed on a raft. Additionally, I've included a tab for fast deployment - be sure to check out the video for a closer look: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y_JtVMQKFbs
