E46 rear ashtray mount (for Baofeng UV-5R)

Replaces the rear ashtray with a mounting plate pre-drilled for a Baofeng UV-5R. I use this to mount a radio for driving tours to communicate with other drivers. I use a battery eliminator for power, an external antenna, and a speaker-mic. The rev1 file fits a little tight, but may be appropriate. rev2 fits looser. This could be remixed to mount anything else in that spot other than a radio, of course.
