Users adapt original 30mm clip on fan duct as a mounting system for effortless disassembly. Designed to suit E3Dv6 hotends on OrdBot Hadron units equipped with BulldogXL setups (perpendicular to x-carriage + no mounting plate), this solution may also accommodate other configurations. For added stability, fans should be secured with screws into designated holes - drilling may be necessary in some cases. When positioning the shroud, consider an offset at the top to prevent ducts from getting too close to the heater block. Despite this, the unit can still be adjusted up or down on the heat sink; simply apply aluminium foil tape to the area above the heat block if needed for your specific setup.
