E3Dv6 Hot End Fan Shroud for Printrbot

Following the traditional design of Printrbot fan shrouds, this one perfectly supports the E3Dv6 hot end as tested. The airflow is directed below the heat block, ensuring proper temperature regulation. The original shrouds intended for the Ubis would direct air at the E3Dv6 heat block and I would lose 10 degrees Celsius, resulting in the hot end never reaching optimal operating temperature if I set the fan beyond 50 percent. With this design, I can set my hot end fan to 100 percent, achieving very clean output, and surpassing the 50mm bridge torture test results I ever got with my Ubis. It also stays out of the way of the hot end assembly (no risk of melting) and nozzle (for changes or unclog operations).
