Adjustable e3dv6 front and dual side fan mount. Designed for a replacement direct drive hotend for Creality CR10 and Ender 3/5. This hotend uses an e3dv6 style heatbreak, but this has been designed to fit standard e3dv6 as well. In addition, this mount uses an adjustable mounting system for side 30x10 blower fans to accommodate both standard and volcano style heater blocks. I needed to create a new mount and deflectors since I converted to volcano style heater block and nozzle to improve printer performance. This design snaps on the e3dv6 fins, and uses the standard 30mm front cooling fan, as well as dual 30x10mm fans (although you can use either left or right sides for single fan systems if desired). Two versions of the main mount are provided. One that should fit most systems well, and another with small standoffs to keep the mount from rotating and pinching the heater/thermistor cables. This uses the standard M3 screws for the front fan, although you may need to enlarge the holes slightly. The side deflector sleds that hold the 30x10mm flower fans use M2 screws both to hold the fans to the sled and the sled to the main mount. You can use small M2 washers to distribute clamping forces, or use the thin washer bar. Note that the fan deflectors have been redesigned for narrower opening to help direct airflow away from the heater block and nozzle, and the main mount has been shortened a bit to help keep the bottom of the mount away from the heater block, which is especially important when using a standard (non-volcano) heater block and nozzle.
