I've installed my brand new E3D v6 hot-end on my TwoUp printer, currently using this fan cowl as a temporary solution. So far, it's working fantastically well and aligns perfectly with my printer. I'm really impressed with the outcome since I've experienced nearly zero issues while printing bridges. If you're planning to install your stepper motor on the opposite side of the filament feed, I'm sure a mirror image of this fan cowl would work flawlessly as well. Instructions: I designed this model at an incredibly detailed layer height of 0.1mm with a high-density infill level of 20%. The final product came out impressively lightweight and the fit is spot-on so far. To achieve perfect alignment, I recommend flipping the object 180 degrees before printing it. During the printing process, I employed support that rested delicately on the bed without causing any problems at all. By tweaking the design to address issues related to the manifold's size and download times, I've successfully accelerated the entire process.
