E3DV6 compatible Anycubic i3 Mega hotend housing endstop / sideplate with integrated 5015 Fan Duct (slightly adjustable)
thingiverse
Getting fed up with having to use multiple parts that kept falling off or were ill fitting, I decided to take matters into my own hands and integrate a 5015 fan holder and fan duct directly into this tinkercad abomination. The cooling function is now significantly better than stock. To accommodate an E3D V6 hotend without any extra spacer, the height was carefully tuned to be shorter than stock. This adjustment can be further customized by moving the back nut up or down. To ensure a 100% air-tight fan duct connection, I recommend using some hot glue. Due to its proximity to the hotend, this print requires a high-temperature filament such as Nylon, PC, ABS, or PETG. It's essential to print without supports. For those who want to make further adjustments, I've shared a link to the tinkercad design: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/kS0aNDtCkm8 I'm eager to hear any comments and feedback!
