E3Dv6 Bowden mount v2 for Prusa i3 Hephestos

This design is the same as the original but with holes adapted for the support of BQ's Hephestos. All screws are M3, no M4 required as in the original. The duct is simply a different design, you can always use the original. The idea behind this modification is to utilize the same gear and nema from the original Hephestos i3 using the motor mount seen in the picture.
