UPDATE2: AndreaSignoretto's suggestions transformed the 3mm edition into AS_Tube_Mod. I intervened earlier by modifying some faces/geometry on original files, possibly warranting Netfabb scans as I've yet to execute this step. A redesigned extruder block - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:183277, now provides room for E3Dv6 3mm Bodwen heat sink and bowden coupler. My Prusa i3 (8") is utilizing the "AS_Tube_Mod" currently. I produced this item using Blender then applied netfabb cloud STL repair tool. Download: Gregs_Wades_e3dv6-Bowden.stl Gregs_Wades_e3dv6_175mm_fixed.stl provides an (untested) alternative with a 1.75mm extrusion system Direct installation substitute for http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:183277 incorporating the E3Dv6's Bowden model. The files, crafted by myself, underwent Blender modeling, afterward treated by Netfabb to mend imperfections in STLs. AS_Tube_Mod STL and 1.75mm modified STL - ready for download! Installation: Use http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:183277 straight in lieu of it. This replacement block can handle the Bodwen E3Dv6.
