E3DV6 bowden carriage from Tech2C double radial fan
thingiverse
This is my latest Dual radial fan design, heavily influenced by Tech2C's innovative work. The purpose of this version is to assist those who struggle with overhang issues on the opposite side of the blower fan, utilizing Tech2C's updated carriage. With this setup, I'm able to print complex parts with large overhanging features at standard Cura speeds (60mm/s). For optimal results, I recommend employing one or more Socks Launch units from E3D-Online to maintain a consistent heat block temperature. Simply mounting two 50mm fans from Banggood is all that's required for efficient cooling. Print times are significantly reduced as parts can be printed without supports. The necessary components include: 2x M3 nuts 2x M3x20 (minimum) screws 2x M4x30 screws Tech2C's E3D v6 Bowden X-carriage, available on Thingiverse Thanks for your interest!
