E3D Volcano fan shroud for Original Prusa i3 MK2/2S/3

I'm working on a new version, adding space for PINDA as we speak! Meanwhile, I realized that no suitable fan shroud existed for the E3D Volcano hotend, so I took matters into my own hands and created one from scratch. Building upon Josef Prusa's original design, I added a sleek ring to enhance airflow around the nozzle, ensuring optimal cooling during high-output printing sessions. After thorough testing, I'm thrilled to report that it fits perfectly and performs flawlessly. To maintain the iconic look of the Original Prusa, I opted to keep its design intact – not only does it look incredible, but it's also a testament to my admiration for Josef Prusa's ingenuity.
