I've remixed the DC42 part cooling fan duct bracket for the Smart Effector by Duet3D, tailoring it to fit perfectly on the E3d Volcano. I've taken the excellent part cooling fans from Rod Smith's design and made a few crucial adjustments. Firstly, I added 9.5mm to drop the nozzles of the duct to its correct height. This ensures that everything lines up just right. Next, I relocated the holes so that the nuts won't rotate when installing the magnetic balls. This makes installation a breeze. Lastly, I tweaked the angle to accommodate slight variations in nozzle height. The result is a seamless fit between the Smart Effector and E3d Volcano, all thanks to Rod Smith's fantastic part cooling fans on Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2808152).
