E3D volcano 40mm fan mount and layer fan funnel

I saw this but it didn't fit right, so I re-did it. 1. The fit around the heat sink is tight to get a good seal for airflow through the heatsink. 2. I added some thickness and gussets/tapers/fillets around high-stress areas and corners. 3. I made a notch at the bottom right of the cylindrical area, tapering it at the bottom to allow heater cables to come out without pushing them down into the corner of the heater block, reducing the risk of breaking the wires or cutting through insulation and shorting them. This gives the cables a straight up route towards the strain relief. 4. I added a strain relief with a cable tie (small ziptie) slot on the right side to secure the cables. 5. I lengthened and changed the angle of the funnel mount tab to give some room for cable routing, moving the funnel and fan away from the x-axis gantry (check your layer fan clearance at the very top of the Z print height if you have frame braces). 6. The mounting holes are threaded so there should be a bit of threading on the print to reduce the risk of cracking if printing with PLA; check or run a tap through first, M3x.5. 7. I moved the mount on the funnel to get the nozzle re-centered with the nozzle tip. 8. I lengthened the funnel area and changed (and lengthened) the angle of the nozzle tip to clear the volcano heater block's edge. 9. I uploaded a change to the rear of the fan mount; it was too close to the heatsink mount, not allowing enough opening to pull enough air through - now it's not choking the fan. 10. I uploaded a different funnel; I dropped the PLA nozzle rig and the funnel broke off easily where the screw holds it in place, so I added a little material to the outside edge of the mounting tab for a bit more strength.
