E3d Volcano, 2nd 40mm Fan Duct - Independent Extruder and Print Cooling

I designed this 40 mm fan mount to seamlessly integrate with my highly modified Z18. It securely mounts to the E3d Volcano hot end cooling fan shroud, expertly clears a Bondtech extruder and may also work flawlessly on your custom 3D printer. I precision-sized the holes for 4-40 x 3/8" socket head cap screws which function perfectly for both fans and the center support disk simply falls out. There is also a 2-piece version if you face a tight fit like I do. I produced this part in ABS with a 0.6mm nozzle, 1/16" layers and no support material needed. PLA and a 0.4mm or 0.5mm nozzle will work exceptionally well too. Created in Rhino using T-Splines.
