E3D+VET Exercise: Structures
myminifactory
This is part of a 30-exercise series created during the E3D+VET program. The goal of this Erasmus+ initiative is to fully immerse VET centers in 3D printing technology, as showcased on their website: https://www.e3dplusvet.eu/. The concept involves utilizing 3D printers to manufacture various types of connectors, each with distinct designs and angles. Students will utilize these connectors alongside sticks to construct structures. The sticks can be crafted from wood or designed and printed by the students themselves. A prime example of an exercise could be a challenge where students must create the strongest bridge using the minimum number of sticks and connectors possible.
