E3D+VET exercise: DNA

thingiverse

This is part of the E3D+VET program's 30 exercises. The Erasmus+ program aims to immerse VET centres in 3D printing through https://www.e3dplusvet.eu/. This exercise consists of a base and 24 interchangeable "puzzle" pieces. DNA Base puzzle pieces can be placed on the base. • The rectangular base ground accommodates six puzzle pieces. • Each DNA base piece is recommended to be painted with a different color for better visibility. • There are four bases: Adenin, Cytosine, Guanine, and Thymine. Each base has a corresponding match: A pairs with T; C pairs with G. • The letter of each base's name appears on its piece: A=Adenin, C=Cytosine, G=Guanine, and T=Thymine. To increase difficulty, bases can have the same shape, making it less obvious which one matches.
