Element 3D V2.2 makes it easy to use all colors with its presets, which are set up just like the previews in the E3D file that comes with a full materials setup. You'll also find an OBJ 2015 file included. To get started: First, open After Effects CC 2014 (or higher) and create a new composition. To use Element 3D V2.2, you need to have it installed on your system. Next, create a new Solid layer and add the Element effect by going to Effect/Video Copilot/Element. Click Scene Setup inside Element 3D scene setup, then click IMPORT. Choose my .e3d preset for the model and press Open. If you don't see the model, remember to right-click on the model name and select Replace Model. Then, choose the .obj model file in the respective models folder.
