Printed in Taulman 645 Nylon at 10% infill appears to be stiff enough to meet the requirements. The goal was to create something compatible with my RepRap Guru Prusa i3 based kit, requiring a span between the rails of 45mm and a span between the belt's entry and exit point of 15mm. To facilitate easier insertion of the belts, it would have been ideal to slightly widen the gap where they wrap around the back; however, I trimmed some excess plastic with an exacto knife on my actual print, which worked fine. This design utilizes two M4 screws and nuts, each at least 30mm in length. **Update**: A Version 2 has been added, featuring parts for a part cooling fan.
