E3D V6 Wades Extruder - BL Touch Mount

Human designed this custom piece to replace the side locking mechanism from their favorite Extruder, specifically for use with the Folgertech Prusa i3 2020 model. To install the BLTouch on the outer piece, slide the wires up the groove and then place the inner piece onto your screws. Assemble everything as normal to secure the E3D in place. You'll need to measure the Z offset depending on your hotend and nozzle setup. In Marlin 1.1.0 RC3, specifically at line 492, here's what I found: Offsets to the Z probe relative to the nozzle tip are defined below. X and Y offsets must be integers. X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 22 - left or +right Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -1 - front or +behind Z_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -0.3 - below (always) And here's the offset for two machines using E3D clones from Leap3D on eBay: Offsets to the Z probe relative to the nozzle tip are defined below.
