This is my project for the E3D V6 Volcano hotend fan mount, utilizing a 30mm fan for heat sink purposes and two 40mm fans for nozzle enhancement. I conducted several tests to evaluate bridging capabilities, and based on these results, I believe this design functions effectively. Due to its proximity to the hot block, it is advisable to use a Heat-Resistant mat on the block.
