Mounting Hole Specification Mounts use M3 bolts for secure installation. Center to center distance is 25mm or 30mm. Hot End Mount Supports E3D V6 Volcano or standard heat block models. Heat Sink Cooling System Requires a 40mm axial fan, ideal with Fan Duct. Alternative: 30mm axial fan and E3D Fan Duct can be used but produces poor thermal performance. Filament Cooling Utilizes the BFB0512HH-F00 blower for sufficient airflow, offering better performance than other 5015 brand fans. Auto Bed Leveling Probe Employs a FOTEK PM12-04N inductive proximity sensor with a metal trigger distance of 4mm. Aluminum surfaces can be used but may require shorter trigger distances. Wiring and Voltage Limitation Output voltage from the probe must be limited to 5V for Arduino compatibility. To prevent voltage overdrive, a diode like 1n4148 is recommended, though internal protection diodes in digital IOs may suffice. Users with 24VDC powering can still use the setup without adding an external diode. Note Standard heat block users should wait for blower duct release before assembly. A modified version for volcano heat block currently exists. Print Settings Raft: No Supports: No Infill: 15% Notes: Built-in single layer supports allow screws to be hidden. Simply drill open after printing and removal is easy
