E3D V6 Ultimaker simple print mount with 40mm fans

After almost a year with UM+ and V6, I've finally settled on a design that meets my mounting needs. The build surface is centered at 205x, 205y, and 210z axis points, allowing for easy and fast prints at 0.2mm resolution. This mount is incredibly sturdy yet remarkably light in weight. To keep things organized, the design includes a cable holder and provisions for two 40mm fans, similar to those used on the UM2. The fans are bundled together and clip onto the cold end of the V6, making removal and modification a breeze. Although the holes for the 40mm fans are slightly wider than necessary, I've found them sufficient to secure the fans in place while keeping noise levels down. The fan clip features two loops for additional zip ties, but I haven't found this feature necessary. **EDIT** I apologize for the initial mistake - the main "E3D new.stl" was corrected in terms of orientation. To further enhance quiet 40mm hotend cooling fans, I've added a new file called "E3D v6 elongated.stl". **Print Settings** * Printer Brand: Ultimaker * Printer Model: Ultimaker Original * Rafts: No * Supports: Yes * Resolution: .2mm * Infill: 20% * Notes: I used Polimax PLA, but any slightly elastic filament can be used (if PLA is used, there's a chance a fan clip will fail). This design only prints supports for fan ducts.
