E3D v6 Two Fan with Ring blowing: A Game Changer for 3D Printing! Two new files have been uploaded, boasting a deeper air ring design that significantly enhances airflow around and through the gap in the ring. With this upgrade, you can reduce fan speed using PWM, but unfortunately, it cannot be increased from its maximum setting. E3D v6 Two Fan Ring More Blow Fan Paper Test: A Powerful Performance The test suggests that 50% fan speed is sufficient for optimal performance, as demonstrated in this video: https://youtu.be/Fzm79LDLCQE. This ingenious design consists of a two-fan shroud, split into two halves that easily bolt and clip onto the E3D v6 Hot End. The build is a remix of Techtiptricks' E3D V6 Extruder Mount. The system boasts a unique dual-fan setup, blowing a ring of air around the part being printed and a separate fan to blow across the E3D v6 fins. This clever design ensures maximum airflow and efficient cooling. I would like to extend my gratitude to Techtiptricks for their E3D V6 Extruder Mount, which served as inspiration for this project.
