E3D v6 support for Anet E-10

As I didn't like the stock hotend system on the printer I tried designing a support for E3D v6 hotend for the Anet E-10 printer. To mount it you need 4 M3x10 screws to screw the object to the standard metal plate, a pair of M4 nuts and two M4x30 screws to hold the bowden clamps in place, and finally a pair of M3x30 screws to fit the 40 mm fan securely. The printed part that comes with the standard Anet printer for the layer fan.
