E3D V6 Scale Model 4:1

Update: 3/30/2020 What a total disaster, I'm still trying to pick up the pieces. Some parts were named completely wrong, while others were outdated versions that didn't match properly with their mating components. If you printed all the files before 3/30, please reprint the new ones: - 1.75_Fin_12_and_Core - 3_Fin_12_and_Core - 3_Fin_1 - 3_Groove_Mount_Bottom - 3_Groove_Mount_Top - Fan Duct - Fin_4 - Fin_9 - Heater Cartridge Body ----------------- One weekend, I decided to challenge myself by creating a model using E3Ds fantastic files and following a technical drawing. I've been trying to avoid painting finished prints as much as possible, knowing that if I'm going to paint it, I'll want to sand it clean too, which isn't always feasible for me. This model is designed with separate printing in mind, allowing every feature to be printed individually and glued together to recreate the exact colors and look of an original E3D V6 or Volcano. There are three folders in the zip: 1.75mm, 3mm, and Common. The Common folder includes all parts and components that can be used with a 1.75mm, 3mm, V6, or Volcano setup, such as clamping screws or electronics. The two diameter folders contain specific components for 1.75mm or 3mm hotends, so choose one or the other and print all the parts within. If more than one part is needed, I've noted it in the filename with a "(2x)". Every part has been modeled with optimal tolerances that work best for my 3D printer, which should be sufficient if your printer has had any minor tuning (0.2mm clearance).
