This is a remix of the excellent Thing #547706 by Tech2C : http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:547706 PLEASE NOTE : There are two fan ducts, one on the right and the other on the left. Choose wisely between two carriage versions, one for the Prusa i3 Hephestos and a more generic option. Warning : This design will produce a tremendous amount of airflow during printing, ideal for bridging and overhangs. However, setting fans to 100% may cause prints to delaminate. Adjust fan speed accordingly. Bill of materials : 1x E3D v6 hotend kit 2x 40mm fans 2x M3x16 screws 2x M3 nuts 2x M4x20 screws 2x M4 nuts This is it, I wish you a fantastic day printing and upgrading your Prusa ! Post-Printing Installing the nuts in the carriage requires heat to be applied. Inserting nuts with a soldering iron like this guy does. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dgTXkvOZQ0Y Why is there a white-bladed fan in the pictures ? I replaced the broken blades of the original fan with these new ones : http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:351835 Thanks to loco !
