I created this to achieve a compact design that perfectly fits my E3D v6 and also the induction sensor On my Prusa i3 Rework. My objective was to have the sensor as close as possible to the extruder (without touching), so I can reach all the corners of the bed with ease. Inductive Sensor Details: Model: LJ12A3-4-Z/BX Type: NPN Voltage range DC6-36V Output current: 300mA Dimensions: M12x10x55mm Detection Distance: 4 mm Output Status: Normally Open Print Settings: Rafts: It doesn't matter. Supports: It doesn't matter. Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 35% Post-Printing: Materials Required: 2x M3 20mm Bolts 2x M3 Nuts 1x Inductive sensor I probe at these particular points on the heated bed. (My endstop position is on the right and back - you might need to swap right and left values according to the position of your endstop) Left = 5 Right = 195 Front = 25 Back = 170 Probe Offset for Extruder: X = 0 Y = 21 (12mm) or 31 (18mm) Z = (Use your own value) A helpful guide to get your own Z probe value can be found at https://www.youtube.com/user/ThomasSanladerer/videos I have uploaded a version for 18mm inductive sensors. The same instructions apply, except for the probe offset. (Y=31) Enjoy! Keep it cool. Fan Mounts: I added a fan mount that can be used for both the 12mm version and the 18mm version. The fan mounts are designed for a 50mm fan but feel free to create your own mount for your fan size. Credit goes to Tech2C for the fan bracket and fan duct.
