I've designed a revised version of my previous project, available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1213802. A 40mm fan is required to cool the hotend and fits directly onto the clamp_part. Four M3-35mm screws (30mm can be used) are needed for assembly. The new build volume measures 205x200x179mm. Find the project file at http://a360.co/2nYSYQ6. I'm currently working on a part to cool the filament and will upload it once completed.
