E3D v6 mount for K8200

Introducing an adapter to fit E3D v6 hotend on K8200 extruder. Check out the original E3D v5 version here. A new version of this mount is now available, fixing a previous error in HeightLike... file. Original files remain accessible for continuity purposes. This mount requires long M3 nuts used for the original hotend setup. Split and single part versions are offered. The fan mount fits a 30x30 fan from E3D v6. Be cautious when tapping holes to prevent breakage. Use M3x25 or M3x20 bolts as the E3D v6 is smaller in height compared to both v5 and K8200/3drag hotends. The spacer named HeightLikeE3Dv5 adjusts the E3D v6 to match the position of v5, beneficial for switching between versions without Z home adjustment; use M3x30 bolts in this case. Note that a 0.5mm thick printable spacer may be necessary for proper hotend fixation.
