This is a two-part mount for an E3D v6 hot end or clone - I'm currently using a clone, of course. The two mixing heads I tried initially were underperforming significantly, so I switched to this setup for its reliability. Yes, you'll lose 38mm of build height since the hot end hangs below the spider and you're limited to one filament at a time, but the performance improvement is substantial compared to my other two hotends.
