E3D V6 MOUNT + DUAL 40x40 FAN ALFAWISE U20

Hi everyone! This design is an entirely new creation, inspired by the 3DMAKERES concept, but built from scratch to deliver a more robust structure that minimizes vibrations and ghosting. I aimed for maximum stability by securing printer, fans, and nozzle connections with M3 screws. Additionally, I've added M3 nuts to all potential fixation points for enhanced stability. The airflow around the fan has been optimized with smooth surfaces for improved performance. Please note that this design is specifically tailored for my U20 X-carriage, so verify your carriage's fixing holes before printing. Although I haven't tested it on a real E3D V6 yet (it's still en route from eBay), it fits perfectly with a printed E3D model. The test prints shown were created using 0.2 layer thickness and 10% infill for initial fitting verification; final prints should use thinner layers and higher infill settings.
