E3D V6 Mount and Volcano Riser for Anycubic Linear Plus: My printer has been on the fritz - a miserable combination of a V5-alike hot end and PLA has clogged it badly, to the point where I gave up trying to unclog the V5 and bought a V6 instead. Along with high temp PTFE tube, I tried printing Nylon... Unfortunately, I discovered that the V5 and V6 are not as similar as I thought, so after bodging the V6 in place, I decided to try harder to get my V5 going again - and I succeeded, at least until I print a V6 mount. While perusing Thingiverse, the V6 mount this remix is based on seems like the best available. However, being me, I couldn't help but fiddle... There's nothing wrong with the original, but I added: * A bracket to support the hot end wiring * An optional riser plate because I also have a Volcano on the way For now, this is another "designed but not tested" thing, so use it at your own risk! Since it's based closely on the original, I can't see any problems with the mount itself. However... The riser plate is my best guess based on published specs, pending my Volcano's arrival in the post. Volcano? A longer nozzle and heating block seem to be its intentions - running faster prints at the cost of a slight dip in quality. That's why I need a riser plate so that the Linear Plus' bed-leveling hardware will still work.
